"e-Smart" high quality of content comes
from its highly selective process (Calls for Papers) established
by 2 Scientific Committees, each gathering 15 outstanding

itself coordinated by Prof. Pierre paradinas CNAM and endorsed
by some of the best european Universities for SC and e-ID
