Telecoms & Multimedia is an approved training
organization (n° 11930503193), so the registration
fee can be included in your training budget. The fee
includes lunch and coffee breaks, admission
to the demos area, the CD-rom of proceedings
which are given to each participant.
The training will be held at the Agora - 905,
rue Albert Einstein- 06152 Valbonne, France. An invitation
together with all useful information will be sent
to you before the event. There will be bus shuttles
on mornings to drive delegates from hotels to conference
center and on evenings to go back to hotels.
Cancellations must be in writing. In case of cancellation,
10 % of the fee will be retained for administrative
expenses if the cancellation is received at least
15 days before the event, i.e. September 3, 2007.
As of that date, the entire registration fee is due.
Replacements are accepted at any time. The entire
amount must be paid to Strategies Telecoms & Multimedia
before the beginning of the event.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the programme
if, despite all their efforts, they are forced to
by circumstances. A module can be cancelled in case
there are less than 10 registered participants for
it 15 days before the Smart University, i.e. September
3, 2007. An invoice receipt which can serve as a training
contract will be sent to you at the end of the event,
along with a presence sheet.
In application of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978,
the information we request is needed to process your
registration. You may access the information and make
