The fees include the registration in the training module(s), coffee-breaks and buffet-lunches, access to the Smart University web proceedings. Access to the web proceedings of the e-Smart, Smart Mobility and World e-ID conferences is not included but is proposed at €75 before vat / conference instead of €115 before vat up to Sept. 25.

Strategies Telecoms & Multimedia is a registered and recognized as an educational and training company in France. As a result, the registration fee can be included in your training budget.

Terms & Conditions


All payments must be made prior to the event, otherwise admission will not be permitted. Payment is in Euros. Invoices will always be issued.

Cancellation must be in writing. 20% of the registration fee will be retained for administrative expenses if cancellation is received at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the event, ie September 1, 2009. After that date, the entire registration fee is due. Replacements are accepted at any time.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the program if, despite all their efforts, they are forced to by circumstances. Strategies Telecoms & Multimedia is an approved training organization (n° 11930503193). An invoice receipt which can serve as a training contract will be sent to you at the end of the event, along with a presence sheet (on demand).

The training will be held at the Agora Einstein Conference Centre on the tech park of Sophia Antipolis, French Riviera (905, rue Albert Einstein – 06152 Valbonne France).
An confirmation letter together with all useful information will be sent to you before the event.
