Announcement of your company hosting 1 coffee-break is delivered to the delegates at the closure of the presentation that precedes the break. The logo of your company clearly appears in the environment of the coffee-break. You are also given the opportunity to distribute your literature or promotional items on a table top during the coffee-break.

Sponsoring the lunch receptions is a unique opportunity to give prominent recognition to your company. The reception strengthens the presence of your company during the event. It also increases the acknowledgment of your company in a relaxed context. Your company appear as the host of the reception : your logo is inserted on the Conference Program (conference program print version if your booking is made before may 2004, after this deadline any update will occur on the web site presentation), the menu card at the entrance of the lunch room. You also have the opportunity to provide any imprinted gift packs to be displayed in the lunch room.
