ePrescribing and Medication
Management: Since ePrescribing will be implemented
in many European Nations there is a pressing need
for interoperable prescriptions and particularly for semantic
interoperability of all medication related information.
These are means
>>
to support
the mobility of citizens and patients,
>>
to safeguard the quality of medication decisions throughout
Europe,
>>
to improve patient safety and
>>
to save human and medical resources.
The conference will provide
a platform to update the knowledge on the state of the
art and to discuss the lessons learnt from already
existing national implementations by:

e.g. ePrescribing supported by Medication History
