ASK, manufacturer of a broad range of contactless products, received funds from XAnge, CDC Entreprises and CDC Innovation
XAnge, venture capital firm, and CDC Entreprises, subsidiary of savings trust Caisse des Dépôts, invested each 5 M€ in Contactless and RFID technology manufacturer ASK. CDC Innovation, an early investor, contributes to 1M€. France-headquartered company ASK claims over 120 million contactless products in circulation, mostly dedicated to public transport, in more than 50 countries: smart cards, smart tickets, smart adhesive labels, readers, inlays for electronic passports or contactless smart cards and eDocuments. and paper tickets. In 2007, the company reached a turnover of 30.5 M€.
